Any time you visit a venue, whether as a player or organiser, take a few minutes to complete these easy google form with as little or much information about the venue as you can.
The aim is never to say an absolute “yes this venue is accessible” or not but to be able to provide information on what facilities and features it has to help people make informed decisions. You don’t have to answer every question, just those that you know or are relevant to the venue.
